Refund Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

At Nanopep UAE, we take great care to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of every supplement we deliver. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and the strict health regulations in the United Arab Emirates, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy for all products that have been delivered, except in very limited and clearly defined circumstances.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICY

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event that the customer receives a damaged product upon delivery, or if a product different from the one ordered is delivered. These are the only exceptions to our no-refund policy. We are committed to resolving such issues fairly, provided the request meets the conditions outlined below.

CONDITIONS FOR REQUESTING A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

 

To submit a request, please email us at uae@nanopep.net with the following information:

Your full name

Your order number

A clear and detailed description of the issue

 Photographic evidence clearly showing the damaged packaging or the incorrect product received

 

Once your request is received, our customer support team will assess the case and respond to you as soon as possible.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

In cases where a return is approved, the product must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or replacement:

 

The product must be unused and unopened

It must be returned in its original packaging, with all safety seals and labels fully intact

The product must be in the same condition as it was received

 

 

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline any refund or replacement request that fails to comply with these conditions. If the return is approved, the customer may be responsible for the safe return of the product, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We do not offer refunds or accept returns under the following circumstances:

 

If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with

If the customer changes their mind after deliveryIf the wrong product was ordered by mistake

If the product was not effective for the customer’s individual expectationsIf the customer experiences an allergic reaction or intolerance to the product. We strongly advise reviewing all ingredient information provided on our website before purchasing

These conditions are in place to ensure consumer safety and product integrity for all our customers.
